Marked Bike Lanes is a line featureclass which contains the City of Bellingham's marked bike lanes. These are lanes delineated on public streets with a painted white line and white cyclist symbol. They are dedicated for use by cyclists. Attributes include the jurisdiction, number of lanes (one side of street only, or both sides of street), source of GIS data (construction plans, air photos, etc.), and whether the linework is part of the painted lane, or a connecting segment spanning an intersection or other gap. Directional from-to relationships in the lines node structure indicate direction of travel for each lane. |
